The Max Challenge is not your ordinary fitness center in Manalapan NJ. We are a fitness program, and we offer a wide variety of classes that take place over a ten week period. Our fitness challenges are ideal for people of any fitness level. If you are at a beginner fitness level, you need not to worry. Our instructors are prepared to modify any exercise to accommodate your current ability level. The instructors offer consistent guidance and support so that you can do your personal best during each session with us.
At The Max Challenge, we are not a typical gym with weights and rows of treadmills and elliptical trainers. We have a circuit of cardiovascular and strength training exercises. We play fun music to inspire you to move. Our workouts are invigorating, and they are personalized to your needs. The instructors double as personal trainers and life coaches. If you have a particular fitness goal in mind or you have a weight loss goal, let us know.
We welcome you to join us for a ten-week program on your own or with a friend. You can repeat The Max Challenge as many times as you want. As you get fitter and stronger, the exercises will change. This means that taking The Max Challenge again will not be an exact repeat of your previous fitness sessions with us. Another part of what we do is providing you with nutrition counseling. Making some changes to what you eat, when you eat it and how much of it you eat augments your fitness.
